Amin Mahmoud Appointed Senior Advisor on Education to Abu-Ghazaleh

AMMAN--------June 25, 2015--------HE Dr. Amin Mahmoud, former Minister of Higher Education, joined Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) to oversee educational, training and qualification programs in his capacity as Senior Advisor to HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of TAG-Org.

Dr. Mahmoud mandate will include TAG-Org’s affiliates of universities and colleges domestic and abroad in addition to different economic and professional qualifications, training and capacity building programs offered by TAG-Org through its affiliated 20 educational institutions.

He will work on developing services offered to ensure accession to smart education through ICTs. In addition, he will offer consultation to international and public entities in the area of joint studies, initiatives and projects between TAG-Org and public and private educational institutions.
 
It’s worth mentioning that education is a top priority for TAG-Org as Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh is chairing the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education “AROQA”, the Arab States Research and Education Network “ASREN” (both operate under the umbrella of the League of Arab States with honorary chairmanship of its Secretary General) and many Arab and international educational institution.
